It’s Fast, Nasty, and usually ends in a Heap of Spare Parts (Human and not Human)

In a way, Street Racing can be called “a Meeting of the Minds”,  which according to Wikipedia  is also referred to as mutual agreement, in this case to use public roads as racing circuits.

But after watching the below video, a Meeting of the Mindless is a more apt description.
