In honor of Zayn Malik quitting One Direction, Jimmy Fallon made this week’s “Hashtag” #HowIQuit. From the response, it’s clear some people really know how to stick it to the man on their way out of a job.

Fallon was a little under the weather in the segment, but these tweets perked him right up:
