Join CODE’s free Q&A panel webinar ‘Supporting your team through lockdown 3’ on Tuesday 26th January at 1pm to hear expert views on supporting your team through another lockdown.

The webinar will look back on the lessons learnt in 2020 and how you can forward plan to support your practice through 2021. The panel will discuss key topics including furloughing staff for childcare reasons and the struggle of operating a practice with team members needing to shield or testing positive for COVID-19.

Hannah holds the CIPD level 5 qualification in Human Resource Management and CIPD level 7 qualification in Employment Law. Hannah has developed her HR knowledge and skills by working in various sectors.

Samantha Draper – Head of Corporate Accounts

Samantha Draper joined CODE in 2015 as a Professional Services Advisor, soon rising to the position of Head of New Business and most recently Head of Corporate Accounts. Previously a Dental Practice Manager, Samantha has a passion for helping practices to develop and improve their systems and is able to advise Practice Owners on the benefits of compliance and HR systems from first-hand experience.
